When we commit to funding a loan, we can fund in as little as 3 business days provided there is a clean title and lien releases.

We DO make loans secured by special use buildings or unique business properties such as restaurants, motels, gasoline stations, auto repair shops, etc.
We DO provide private money lending to corporations, LLCs, probates and to foreign nationals.
